So clear and clean!

I'm not really a fan of a humbucker in the neck of a Les Paul because it's always sounded so muddy to me. So putting this "P-90" there really cleared things up. It almost goes into Strat teritory! Heck I may even get another one for the bridge postition!

Exactly what I was looking for!

I wanted something for my D'Angelico Premier DC that was between a humbucker and a single coil sound, so I thought I'd try a set of these. Per Jose's recommendation I got the Alnico II for the bridge and the Alnico V for the neck. I absolutely love 'em!

New Shoes for an Old Horse

I put these P90’s in a 1984 SG Special I recently purchased. My first vintage guitar. I stepped out and refretted the neck myself made a new bone but from a blank; that was scary. Then I replaced the double coils with the PT P90’s and I am thrilled with the sound. I have other P90 equipped guitars, but the PT’s are my new favorite. Articulate and punchy, not too hot and not too brittle - just superb! Can’t wait to get this puppy out for a run. Thanks Planet Tone!
