High gain players have always loved that amazing tone only achieved from high gain settings. Pushing the tubes gives a unique flavor and depth to the tone but this requires a special pickup. Hot pickup muddy to quickly…the answer? Low Output!
There are certain players who have mastered high gain playing and in doing so have not compromised on tone or clarity.
This pickup delivers the output and the clarity without muddying up yielding a dynamic warm, rich tone that is vibrantly bright yet not brittle with a punchy low end that hits hard!
This gem is made with:
- Enamel wire
- Alnico V magnets
- Output is approx. 6.5k @ Neck
- Output is approx 7k @ Bridge
- All mounting hardware included
- Available in regular or F-spacing
- Hand made to order in the USA

Cool
No muddy overtone here.

Simply the best
I bought 2 to go into a MIM Strat and and an Ibanez. These are almost too good to be true. I tried A few other well known brands. I am blown away wi try the tone. Just could not be happier. It’s like I have 2 new guitars now. Get these before they realize how underpriced they are. Amazing.

Pure vintage screamer
A great pickup. One of the best I've ever used. Low output with girth. Will go up against any type of original PAF or T-Top. Nails VH live tone from 1981-1983. Superb clean sound. Not muddy but has a unique fullness whilst staying clear on precise.
