Designed to give players that driving Rock and Southern Rock feel. Great for fans who like that driving classic rock or southern rock tone. A vintage PAF with more drive and a hint of mid range flavor. Think of your more modern Southern Rock or power classic rock tone.

The set offers warmth, depth and a smooth vintage tone that is both luscious and dynamic. The neck is bold but not hot and offers a lot of chime and dynamics without being muddy. Something with depth, character and yet very vintage. Crisp, clean but not cold and brittle. Something full, vibrant and truly organic.

The bridge is similar, perfectly calibrated to balance the set. Great for bluesy, rock or even harder rock and their drive leads. A little meatier and more mids to help calibrate and provide a nice driving tone. The Alnico 5 gives a nice flavorful mid range bump. A nice tone that is articulate and with clear definition. A PAF overwound for that perfect rock and blues tone.

Bad lil Doggies

Great quality pickups, a real noticeable difference in tone and feel. Just not what I was looking for. But overall a great quality pickup with a nice tight low end and a prominent top end bite.

…bad lil Puta

Bought the bad lil doggie to put in my homemade Tele… “Puta”…man what a brilliant choice that was…if you need your “Puta” to moan and squeal like a howlin dog in the night, this is the way to get er to do so! She barks, she screams she moans with ease! This pickup should be renamed Bad lil Mo’Fo, or in my case Bad Lil Puta…thx Planet Tone for making a pickup that gives me as much pleasure as my last trip to Tijuana!
