The Full Throttle Humbucker gives you all you need and more… Designed for the guitarist who likes their humbucker with a touch of extra mids to provide a full, big, meaty and robust tone. Thick yet rich. Meaty yet flavorful. Seasoned with mids but balanced and not muddy.

Perfect for the player who doesn’t want their humbucker to be bright and thin but rather full and dynamic.

Pickup is moderately hotter and is perfect for applications where a thicker or stronger presence of tone is desired. Great to help with cutting through the mix.

Great for all styles of music including blues, rock, heavy rock, punk and metal.

The pickups come with adjustable pole pieces and 2 or 4 conductor leads.

    Pleasantly surprised

I've used pickups from a bunch of different big-name makers: BKP, SD, etc. These easily stand toe-to-toe with the big names. I'd compare the full throttle set to the SD full shred, but with a more balanced and present low-end. Great crunch, nice high-mid response, smooth treble. Works equally well with chugga chugga palm mutes as it does with flowing, legato leads. Excellent all-rounder: it certainly feels a little hotter than it's DC resistance would indicate, while still retaining excellent clarity. I even prefer this one to a set of my BKP holy divers: similar EQ curves, but the full throttle has a tighter low end and a bit more presence to cut through the mix. The price is the cherry on top.

Took a stab at it. Glad

I wanted a humbucker with a particular transparent bobbin aesthetic, and assumed I'd have to spend a lot to get it. I was able to have it made for me affordably here. It's a hot paf like sound. Lower it a bit for a sweet sound for metal and rock.
