Our P90 series pickups offer all the power you would expect from a P90 – vibrancy, mid-range, big tone, and that unique single-coil powered sound that only a P90 delivers. Made with Alnico V magnets and enamel wire, the pickup is designed to deliver bite, robust tone and vintage warmth.

Made in the spirit of a true vintage P90, this pickup adds all the power, punch and dynamics you would expect from a quality P90. We use vintage period correct materials to achieve the perfect tonal balance of vibrancy, power, and dynamics so you get all the tone you expect. Great for all types of music especially rock and blues.

1956 P90 clear as a sunny day

This is my second purchase from PT (I got an Elite Pro Strat set before and that was great as well). I put this 1956 P90 set on my new Tokai Love Rock (LP style) and although the stock pickups were okay, the PT takes this guitar to another level of clarity. It’s my first time to wire a single conductor braided pickup too so it was a nice learning experience.
