All the characteristics of a vintage pickup – smooth, clear, warm but with more mid range and a slight bigger bottom end…perfect to take the edge off the bright bridge position and for a creamier and thicker neck tone. Offers that perfect, ’50s tone that Tele’s are known for but slightly overwound to offer mid range balance.

This pickup offers tremendous vintage tone for your Tele and is perfect for blues, country, rock and most other applications of music. An upgrade to nearly most pickups.

Comes with Alnico V Magnets and is wound with Heavy Formvar magnet wire.

Sweet 1955s

My first PT pickups were the Elite Pro for Tele, and I love them. Crisp, with great Tele bite and great bottom end. Loved the warm neck pickup, but I wanted something a little hotter. The '51 in bridge and '55 in the neck is perfect. That roaring Nocaster sound in the bridge and a bluesy neck is a perfect complement to the Elite Pros that I already have, and I couldn't be happier. The '55 is articulate with warm lows and a sweet treble. Love it. Great pickup.
