If you've seen Phoenix play, her finesse and shred styles combine to play metal/shred in a mind blowing way. She plays with such ease and her melodic style is captivating. Whether its tapping, arpeggios or shred runs...Phoenix can do it all!

The Destiny humbucker set is a culmination of many years of work and pickup designs, all intended to bring out the best of Phoenix's playing. Dynamic EQ, tight bottom end, with lots of warmth and just the right amount of power. The pickups are made with Alnico II magnets for incredible sustain, the perfect high gain drive and right seasoning of mid range balance.

The Destiny neck is wound to 9.25k and offers are very articulate neck tone. Not huge or big but clear, dynamic and the perfect compliment to the bridge. The perfect contrast to the her signature Destiny bridge humbucker.

For the bridge, we wound the pickup to 14.5k to provide a nice driving output without a big or harsh mid range presence. The pickup offers a smooth response perfect for shred or neo shred styles, high gain metal etc. The low end is tight. The treble is responsive, chimey and offers a nice balance for high gain and shred styles of play.
